The nature reserve of the Polish Society for the Protection of Birds on the island of Karsiborska Kępa, which is part of the Świna Delta. It is the first, and so far the only, reserve belonging to the Society, in which active methods were adopted as a means of protection - active activities and works. There is a diverse bird fauna here, among others sieweczkowatych. It covers an area of ​​about 180 ha of wet meadows. One of the three most valuable areas of Aquatic Warbler. There are also rare species such as: white-tailed eagle, rufous kite, harrier, corncrake, battalion - species that are considered dying out on a global scale. In total, it lives in over 140 rare bird species. In addition, there is unique salt vegetation here, including plantain (one of two localities in Poland), dairy plant, sea pig.
