The museum is based in the building of the former City Hall. It is the oldest building in the city. Currently, the following exhibitions can be seen there: - Baltic Gold or Baltic Ambers, - Exhibition of sailing ship models, - Marine and oceans fauna - this nature exhibition consists of three parts depicting the diversity of marine species inhabiting the salty or brackish waters of the three climate zones, - Fishing tools , - Navigation devices, - History of the city of Świnoujście - a city on the islands - many historical photographs showing the past of the city and old everyday objects, - Exhibition of models of fishing vessels, - Sea rescue where rescue equipment and photos of rescue exercises are presented. In July and August, the museum is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00.
